How often can I export data?

You can export Butlr data in different ways depending on the interface:

• API:

  • For Heatic 2 and Heatic 2+, customers can pull data at a minimum resolution of every 3 seconds (i.e., one occupancy data point per 3 seconds).

• Butlr dashboard:

  • Data exports are available at 1-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute, and 1-hour intervals.

This balance gives you fine-grained access via API and aggregated views via the dashboard for reporting and BI.
