Butlr is designed to be private by default. Our Heatic sensors capture only low-resolution thermal data—essentially temperature values per pixel, not visual imagery.
We do not capture faces, clothing, documents, screens, or any personally identifying visual detail.
We do not collect biometric identifiers such as facial geometry, retina or iris scans, voice signatures, fingerprints, or similar.
We do not infer personal identity, gender, age, or other protected attributes.
The system only sees abstract, non-identifying heat signatures—enough to understand where people are and how spaces are used, but not who they are.
