How do I get started and request a quote?

A typical engagement flow:

  1. Introductory call

    • Understand your goals and use cases (CRE, Care, etc.).

  2. Scoping phase

    • Review floor plans (if available).

    • Discuss constraints, network environment, and deployment conditions.

    • Estimate number and placement of sensors and Hives.

  3. Proposal & quote

    • Hardware, software, services, and timeline.

    • Contract and commercial terms.

  4. Implementation planning

    • Project schedule, responsibilities, and deployment milestones.

To request a quote, we usually ask for:

  • Floor plans or basic layout information

  • Description of your objectives (e.g., “reduce meeting room no-shows,” “improve cleaning schedules,” “fall monitoring”)

  • Technical constraints (e.g., power, network policies, ceiling height)
