      Dashboard is not displaying data from specific sensors

      Please verify the following:

      1. Sensors are on and periodically blinking blue.
        • If not, power on and verify the hive picks them up.
        • If necessary, re-pair to appropriate hive.
      2. Hive is powered on.
      3. Hive shows connection to the internet.
        • If not, power cycle the hive by switching it off and on again.
      4. Hive shows it is paired to (the appropriate) sensors.
        • If not, re-pair sensors.
      5. In Studio:
        • The hive is listed in the hive list.
        • The sensors paired to the hive are showing thermal info (not black).

      If you are unable to resolve your issue with these steps, please enter a ticket in the customer portal.
